2. Services Description

Filehemlockcore Mining Review Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides independent mining equipment benchmarking, power assessment, and related consulting services as described on this website. Service scope, deliverables, and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, report templates, and branding — is owned by Filehemlockcore Mining Review Co., Ltd. or used under license. Benchmark reports delivered to clients are licensed for the client’s internal business use. Redistribution of full reports to third parties requires our written consent.

4. Informational Pricing

Prices displayed on this website are for planning purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final fees are confirmed in a service agreement or invoice after scope review.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients shipping hardware to our lab are responsible for proper packaging, accurate declared values for insurance, and disclosure of any prior modifications. We are not liable for damage occurring during transit to or from our facility.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our benchmark reports reflect measured performance under documented lab conditions. We do not guarantee future performance, profitability, or compatibility with specific mining pools or firmware versions. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost mining revenue, hosting penalties, or equipment depreciation.

7. Hardware Custody

Units in our lab are stored in a secured area with inventory logging. Risk of loss or damage during lab custody is limited to the declared value provided at intake, up to a maximum of ₩50,000,000 per unit unless additional insurance is arranged in writing.

8. Website Use

You may not use this website to transmit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or scrape content for commercial republication without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Daegu, South Korea.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
